Duffy’s Hope is proud to announce a transformative $100,000 grant from the AmeriHealth Caritas Foundation, awarded to directly support our transitional home initiative for youth aging out of foster care. This generous funding will enable us to provide a safe, stable environment where these young adults can take the critical first steps toward independence.
The transitional home serves as more than just a roof over their heads, it’s a haven for growth, education, and empowerment. With this grant, we will enhance our ability to offer life skills training, mentorship programs, and career readiness resources, ensuring these youth are prepared to thrive on their own.
Receiving this grant on International Men’s Day was particularly meaningful, as it underscored our commitment to fostering resilience and opportunity for our youth as they navigate pivotal stages of their lives.
This funding represents a significant step forward in our mission and we are deeply grateful to AmeriHealth Caritas for their partnership and belief in the power of providing stability and hope to those who need it most.
Stay tuned for updates on how this grant is making a tangible impact and join us in celebrating this milestone as we continue to build pathways to success.
