Project T.E.A.M. aims to educate youth on abstaining from non-marital sexual activity by fostering a safe and informed environment. The program focuses on empowering teenagers from disadvantaged communities in New Castle County, Delaware—particularly in Wilmington and surrounding areas. By addressing sexual risk factors and promoting healthy decision-making, Project T.E.A.M. works to support positive outcomes for minority teenagers.
