What Is Duffy's Hope? From its inception, Duffy’s Hope, Inc., has been touching the lives of youth between the ages of 12-17 from the communities of Wilmington, Delaware.  Outreach efforts are fun and educational and coordinated by a team of dedicated volunteers and community members.
What Is A Mentor? A mentor is an adult who provides a young person with support, counsel, friendship, and reinforcement. Mentors are good listeners; they are people who care; and they have a desire to encourage youngsters to value themselves and their personal strengths.  A mentor’s most valuable assets are time and life experiences.  Share yours with an adolescent who wants to benefit from both.
The Big Brothers Big Sisters Of Delaware Partnership   Duffy's Hope has been privileged to be recognized by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware as a program of excellence in Delaware. As an affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the Delaware affiliate is synonymous with excellence in mentorship.

8th & KIRKWOOD STREETS FIRE SURVIVOR’S WISHLIST

As you may recall, in early October there was a devastating fire that affected the lives of seven local families living on Kirkwood Street in the City of Wilmington. Duffy’s Hope is collaborating with local agencies and individuals to assist the families who are in the process of healing and rebuilding. I am attaching a wish list of items for the families as they rebuild their lives…please consider donating a new or gently used item to help one of the families in need.

Questions/concerns may be directed to Duffy at the Duffy’s Hope office (302) 652-3532. Together, we continue to “Provide a Lending Hand to Unlock a Youth’s Potential!”
